Breeder relationships built around care
We work with licensed breeders selected for their compliance history and responsible care practices. Our owner, managers, and Pet Counselors visit breeders throughout the year, looking at socialization, veterinary care, and exercise for puppies and their parents.
We also provide breeder background and puppy health information so families can ask informed questions before making a decision.

Veterinary care throughout the journey
Our consulting veterinarians examine new arrivals, provide preventive care, and oversee in-store healthcare protocols. Our Petland Cares page also describes weekly veterinary visits to examine and oversee the health of our pets.
Puppies are veterinarian checked before arrival and while in our care. Our team can review health information with you as you prepare to bring a puppy home.

Preparing for home
Know what comes with your puppy
Our puppy package lists microchipping, current vaccinations and dewormers, puppy food, a training kennel and supplies, and two free veterinary exams with PetNest Animal Hospital.
The package also lists a 14-day viral warranty and a 10-year hereditary and congenital warranty. Review the current written terms and program details with our team before purchase.
Support beyond the first day
Build everyday habits with ongoing help
Our puppies come with basic obedience classes, lifetime training support, and access to a training video library. These resources help families continue learning as their puppy grows.
Pet Counselors also discuss housebreaking, chewing, grooming, and nutrition. The Puppy Resource Kit includes access to consultations with a certified canine trainer for the life of the Petland pet.
