I adopted my bassett hound from Petland and I am grateful I found her. The customer service was over the top and my baby was in perfect health. The vet they use is now my vet and I couldn't of asked for better health care for my puppy. Thank you Petland for everything.

I got my Shiba Inu from this location and extremly happy I did. While I was playing with her there, I could tell she is a happy puppy. When I took my adorable Yuki to visit. She was exicted to see them. Also Maria was the person who helped me during the process of adopting my puppy. Maria was very helpful and knows her information.

Some of these reviews are just completely outlandish. Teenagers throwing rats? Birds in an all out war? Puppies dying in cages? Fish rotting? I was there last night and purchased a precious havanese pup. I saw none of the horrific things these people are stating. Personally I think Petland is trying their hardest to bounce back from what was once a horrible display of animal care. The employees were spectacular and knowledgeable, the puppies were precious and very playful, the betas really don't need much room so they looked happy with their bowls and plants to swim around (with plenty of water I might add), the birds were beautiful and played around with eachother, and my family used to raise bunnies and they looked healthy and robust. Get out of here people. Let the business redeem themselves and find something else to do.

Wow I have the best service ever. Maria was super amazing I was in the store just looking at the puppies didn't have any intention to buy one but Maria sold me 3 puppies she is wonderfull. I almost want to make her work for my company. She is such a sweet lady and very caring about animals. puppies are healthy and beautiful. They provided all the breeders info. I give them 5 stars. Thank you Maria and Thank you petland frisco... you guys made my life so much better with my 3 furry babies

Talk about understanding how to serve! Maria and Maribel made my family complete tonight! My kids fell in love with a Syberian Huskie and they went over and beyond my expectation to make our family complete. I recommend when looking for your family pet you come to Petland Frisco and ask for Maria or Maribel!
